Essential criteria
- Beauty therapy to NVQ level 3 standard or equivalent.
- Friendly, enthusiastic and good communication skills.
- Well motivated, able to work from own initiative and on time with busy appointment book.
- Ability to solve problems, make decisions and consult with others.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work alone and as part of a group.
- Ability to work within agreed quality standards, systems and procedures.
- A genuine interest in health and beauty and the latest trends.
- Flexible working hours.
Desirable criteria
- Experience working in a busy salon or spa.
- Experience of Dermalogica.
- Experience of Shellac.
